Contacting Kaizen support

Raise a question or issue with the Kaizen team from the admin area, attach screenshots, follow the replies, and know which ticket system this is — and which it isn't.

What you can do here

  • Ask the Kaizen team a question, or report a problem with the product.
  • Attach screenshots so they can see what you see.
  • Follow the conversation and track the ticket to resolution.

You'll find it in the Admin area, under Kaizen in the settings rail — the last group, because it's the one place in Kaizen where you're talking to the people who run the platform rather than configuring your own workspace.

Two ticket systems, on purpose

Kaizen has two places called "tickets", and they never mix:

  • Support tickets — your company's own internal helpdesk. An employee with a laptop problem raises one there, and it reaches your team. The Kaizen team never sees these.
  • This page — your workspace's line to the Kaizen team. Questions about how something works, something that looks wrong, a request the product doesn't cover.

If someone in your company has an IT problem, it belongs in the internal helpdesk. If Kaizen itself is the problem, it belongs here.

Only workspace administrators see this page — it's part of the admin area, not something every employee needs. Anyone else in your company with a problem raises it internally first, and an administrator brings it to Kaizen if it turns out to be a product matter.

Raise a ticket

  1. Open Admin → Support and choose the raise action.
  2. Pick a Category and a Priority.
  3. Give it a Subject and describe the issue — what you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
  4. Attach images if they help: JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 3 files and 10 MB in total.
  5. Submit. The ticket gets its own number, and the Kaizen team is notified.

Follow a ticket

The list shows each ticket's Subject, Category, Priority, who on the Kaizen side it's Handled by, its Status, and when it was Raised and Resolved. Open one to read the conversation and reply.

Replies can carry their own attachments — the same limits as the ticket itself, per reply — and each reply shows the files that arrived with it.

What the statuses mean

  • Open — raised, not yet picked up.
  • In Progress — the Kaizen team is working on it.
  • Waiting on User — they need something from you. Nothing moves until you reply, so this is the one to watch for.
  • Resolved — the team believes it's sorted.
  • Closed — finished and filed.

Good to know

  • Attachments are images only. For anything else, describe it in the ticket and the team will tell you what they need.
  • Priority tells the team how it's hurting you; they may adjust it once they've seen the impact.
